In this role, you’ll oversee financial governance and performance across our Laya Health & Wellbeing Clinic network and key healthcare partners. That includes profit share tracking, ROI reporting, lease governance, and ensuring commercial alignment with business goals.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver insights, optimise financial outcomes, and support future investment decisions.
