The offer is available on the AccessHealth and AccessCare plans.

Both plans include a range of healthcare benefits designed to support families, including access to healthcare services such as GPLive, Health & Wellbeing Clinics and 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support. 

 

GP Live gives eligible members fast and convenient access to online GP appointments through the laya app, allowing you to speak face-to-face with a doctor from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Appointments are available 24/7, with access to Irish-based GPs who can assess symptoms, provide medical advice and prescribe treatment where appropriate. Members can also access specialist consultations in areas such as dermatology and menopause care.

 

 

laya Health & Wellbeing Clinics provide fast access to consultant-led urgent care for minor injuries and illnesses. Open 365 days a year, eligible patients can be seen within 60 minutes for a range of everyday health concerns, helping you avoid long waits in A&E. Clinics are available nationwide and can treat both adults and children aged 12 months and over.

 

 

 

24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support gives eligible members immediate access to confidential emotional support from qualified counsellors by phone, chat or callback, any time of the day or night. The service can provide in-the-moment support and help connect members to additional resources, counselling, psychotherapy or expert guidance where appropriate.
